I'll bet this did take ages to draw! Fortunately, the results of your efforts are apparent. Your setting has just the right degree of detail (and humor), and it works perfectly as a backdrop for your larger, modular image.
ReplyDeleteOf course, the image wouldn't have worked if the figures were overshadowed by the background, and you've made sure that that couldn't happen with such beautiful attention to everything from their skin to their clothing.
According to my own opinion and tastes, Boromir's encounter with the orc and blood elf is probably the sexiest sub-scene in the image, but Samwise's gesture to that hot orc girl is the most endearing.
You really do amazing work, and you should be very happy with the way that this turned out.
